Are there any fixed time commitments?
Nope! The program is entirely self-paced. Watch or listen when it suits you.
If you join the Amplified option, calls take place once per week, for an hour each week. All the calls are recorded, so if you can't make them, you can catch up. The juice is in the calls you CAN make ... don't stress about the ones you miss.
