Hi I'm Cat Matson ...
I have been facilitating change in rooms of 2-1200 since I was 18. From personal development programs for long-term-unemployed youth, to leading innovation and startup programs for Brisbane, Ipswich and now Western Sydney University.
My eight years in leadership roles in local council illustrated to me why the same old people keep getting the seat at the decision making table. It wasn’t about bias ‘against’ certain groups, it was a preference ‘for’ the voices that are familiar.

What happens after I enroll?
You’ll get instant access to the Communicate with Impact portal with all the bonus material (my entire Impactful Presenters course, and the Earn-the-Right mini course) You’ll also get access to the coaching call calendar, so you can get them in your diary, and the WhatsApp link, so you can join the conversation straight away.
When does the program start?
We officially start on 4 May (Star Wars day, "May the Fourth be with you 😉), with the first coaching call held on Tuesday 5th May.
What time are the coaching calls?
The coaching calls take place 12.30 - 1.30pm AEST (Brisbane time), online.
Calls 1-7 are held on Tuesday, at 12.30 - 1.30 AEST
Call 8, the final call, is held on Friday 26 June, at 12.30-1.30 AEST.
Are the coaching calls recorded?
Yes they are, and the recordings are made within your program portal within 24 hours.
Are the coaching calls truly interactive, or do you just take pre-submitted questions?
Oh, these are truly interactive - I answer EVERY question and you ask your questions live. I work best in response, my mind is an endless treasure trove of ideas, experiences and information … you get that live.
Do I have to attend all 8 calls to get results?
In short, no.
I get it, we're busy, and carving out time for yet another committment can be tough.
That's why I offer the asynchronous* coaching via WhatsApp as well ... you'll alsways get your questions answered.
Attend as many calls as you can, you'll have the most fun. And, if you do everything asynchronously, you'll get the results too.
*asynchronous - not occurring at the same time
How long will the recorded resources be available?
Forever.
Lifetime access … and by lifetime I mean as long as I can currently foresee. If and when I decide to ever shut down the learning portal, you’ll get plenty of notice so you can get the resources you need.
The WhatsApp group will be archived at the end of the program - you'll still be able to see the messages, but won't be able to post new content.
Can't I just learn this from a book?
You could probably learn some of the theory in a book, yep.
But a book can’t answer your questions, or give you support and feedback based on your unique circumstances, personality, thinking or speaking style.
A book also won't think out loud with you and work through how all this works in real life.
Can I work with you, Cat, 1-1?
In this program, no … however the guidance I offer in the group setting feels like it’s one on one. AND, you get the benefit of learning from the coaching I offer your fellow participants too.
I have limited space for 1-1 clients, packages start at $2,850 + gst. Message me if you think that’s a better fit for you and we can chat.

You can pay in full, in 2 equal monthly installments or in 4 equal fortnightly installments.
