Neither is being concise, succinct or word-perfect.
In this short video note you'll learn the top mistakes we make when striving to be heard, and how to stop, NOW.

Day 2

Day 3

We have our first coaching call on day 3 - you get ALL your questions answered and explore what you've learned further.

Managing Nerves, Overthinking & 'Enoughness'
Day 4

Even the most experienced and qualified of leaders can experience nerves, sometimes debilitating, when speaking up

Fear of the consequences (or rejection), worried about offending people, or just being seen as ‘too much’ can trigger all the ‘wrong’ feelings.

You’ll get my top ‘in the moment’ tactics to manage nerves as well as my game-changing ‘I Am Story’ to beat imposter syndrome.

Integration & Reflection
Days 5 & 6 (the weekend)

By now you’ve had 4 days of trying new things in your workplace or business.

The weekend emails don’t require extra work, just help you get present to what you’ve learned, what you’ve discovered and who you really are.

They also facilitate that ever important mental and emotional integration time.

Day 7

When we can easily, quickly and clearly talk about WHY we think what we think, and just how qualified we are (by education and experience), influence becomes a whole lot easier.  The final lesson is how to humbly brag about yourself, without sounding like a w*nker ;-)

Day 7 is also when we'll have the final coaching call - well, that’s just a little bit of magic; another opportunity to have your questions answered, and integrating everything you’ve learned
